Pilot/Captain – Executive Aviation Operations

Position Overview

The Pilot/Captain is a critical leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional execution of all flight operations. This position requires an unwavering commitment to operational excellence, rigorous adherence to safety standards, and the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service. The Captain will provide outstanding support to all customers, suppliers, and employees while diligently observing and practicing all established safety policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for the Pilot/Captain role must possess a comprehensive skill set and proven experience in complex aviation environments.

  • Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated, full knowledge and operational proficiency across all major Garmin avionics product lines.
  • Extensive expertise and deep technical understanding of the Honeywell APEX Flight Management System (FMS).
  • Significant prior flight experience operating Pilatus aircraft, demonstrating expert handling and systems knowledge.
  • Proven and current flight experience in Jet aircraft operations.

  • Execute all duties as Pilot in Command, ensuring strict compliance with all FAA regulations and company operational manuals.
  • Uphold the highest level of safety consciousness, ensuring all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures are meticulously followed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal staff, fostering a professional and service-oriented environment.
  • Actively observe and enforce all company safety policies and operational procedures across all functions.
