WHAT WILL YOU DO ?

Under the responsibility of the Director of Aircraft Division Operations, your role is to safely plan and manage all of your aeromedical evacuation flights, in close collaboration with the flight crew and the ground crew.

More specifically, you will:

  • Conduct pre-flight inspections of aircraft and verify passenger and cargo distribution to ensure compliance with weight and balance specifications;
  • Coordinate flight activities with ground and air traffic control personnel, brief crew members on flight and check procedures, and direct the activities of crew members during flight;
  • Contact control towers for take-off clearance, arrival instructions and other information;
  • Conduct flight checks, monitor operation of aircraft appliances and systems, maintain contact with flight dispatchers and weather forecasters, report and respond to any in-flight emergencies and malfunctions.

  • Knowledge of technological tools (tablet, computer, etc.);
  • Knowledge of different software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Your career path stands out for:

  • PC 12 qualification;
  • A valid CPD is an asset;
  • Minimum 1500 total flight hours including a minimum of 500 hours in a turboprop aircraft (single-engine or multi-engine);
  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot License or CPL (Commercial Pilot License) with successful SAMRON/SAMRA;
  • Group 3 Instrument Rating;
  • Saron and Samra pass exams;
  • Far North experience on gravel track.

Your assets :

  • Minimum of 500 peak hours;
  • Pilot profiles with a significant number of hours as a first officer will also be considered.
