Our organization is actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aviation Pilot to join our dynamic flight operations team. This pivotal role demands a professional committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence in challenging environments.
Prospective candidates must possess a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and maintain a valid Category 1 medical certificate. Demonstrating a minimum ICAO Level 5 English and French language proficiency is also a mandatory requirement. Specific licenses and certifications include a valid Learjet 40, 45, 70, and/or 75 Type Rating/PPC (including LR45XR and LR40XR). Should this type rating not be currently held, successful acquisition is required within the first month of employment. A valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL), SAMRA, SARON certifications, and a valid Group 1 Instrument Rating are also essential.
The successful applicant will have accumulated a minimum of 1500 total flying hours, with at least 500 hours specifically on jet aircraft. Demonstrated prior experience as an IFR Pilot-in-Command is a prerequisite for this position. While not mandatory, international flying experience and prior operational experience on Learjet 40, 45, 70, and 75 aircraft (including LR45XR and LR40XR) are considered distinct assets.

Candidates must be capable of adhering to a demanding 14-7 work schedule (14 consecutive days on, followed by 7 days off), which includes working weekends and holidays. Eligibility to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) is required. Furthermore, applicants must hold a valid, unrestricted Canadian passport, authorizing comprehensive international travel, including to the United States.
