About the role
This is a non-flying support role within Airbus Australia Pacific (AAP) Operations. You will directly support our Oakey Army Aviation Training Centre (AAvnTC) Groundcrewman Training Team. You as a member of the Groundcrewman Training Team will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Groundcrewman training within the School of Army Aviation (SAA).
This is a role which is embedded in the customer’s organisation and will as appropriate make use of Airbus and customer resources, processes, systems and tools to enable service delivery excellence in support of AAvnTC. Your focus on the support of safe and efficient flight operations and training and will operate within the framework of both the Airbus and the AAvnTC flight management systems (FMS).
About you
To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship skills as well as good verbal and written skills. You will need to be someone who is able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines and work comfortably in a continuous improvement work environment.
