Job Description
A.Accountabilities

Providing training to flight crews and pilots on a wide range of courses as listed in the Airbus Pilot Catalogue, using a wide range of training tools in view of safe, efficient and economical operation of Airbus aircraft, by applying Airbus Training Standards, Training Policy and Airworthiness Authorities regulations.

Provide standardization of HuaOu flight instructors on behalf of Airbus ATO Chief Flight Instructor and HuaOu Chief Flight Instructor in accordance with Airbus ATO rules and policies.

Deliver high quality flight training and standardization in accordance with Airbus standards.

Support promotion of CBTA in China
ØClient related activities

Represent HuaOu and Airbus in front of customers

Promote Airbus training and training solutions

Support good relationship with local authority and CAAC.
ØOperational activities
-
To deliver Airbus flight training courses IAW Airbus FCTP and associated training media.

To assess the progress of the trainees and the eventual need of additional training.

To provide a written report and grading of the trainees performance at the end of each session.

To participate in the improvement and development of training documentation.

Participate in standardization tasks and standardization improvement projects.

Inputs
ØQualifications
-
Education: Aeronautical school
-
Experience: 1000hrs PIC time on Airbus FBW aircraft, Cat II/III experience mandatory. ETOPS experience is a plus

Basic Skills: Should have instructor experience on jet liner

Certifications: Should hold valid ATPL and TRI authorization issued and verified by CAAC or by EASA member country approved by CAAC; Should hold valid type rating on at least one Airbus FBW type
ØAbility
Soft Skills: fluent English, good teaching technique and people oriented
Technical Skills: fit into Airbus requirement of TRI/TRE and standardizer
