Course Developer Internship: Pilot & Cabin Crew Training

Responsibilities:

The intern will be fully integrated into a team, assuming a significant role with defined responsibilities. Key duties will include:

• Familiarization with pilot training courses, specifically the CBTA and EBT models, encompassing theoretical concepts, software utilization, and operational documentation.
• Analysis of existing face-to-face training materials to identify crucial knowledge elements for pilots and instructor pilots.
• Benchmarking current best practices in distance learning and self-directed learning methodologies.
• Project development for implementing the "TRAINING EBT" initiative within the training department.
• Active participation in course content development, focusing on creating interactive and engaging learning experiences leveraging online collaboration tools. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring long-term maintainability and ease of updates.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be:

• A Master's level student enrolled in an aeronautical engineering program, seeking an end-of-studies internship.
• Possessing a strong interest in aviation operations, with a specific focus on pilot training.
• Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and developing interactive training content using state-of-the-art technologies.
• Demonstrating a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and learning processes.
• Exhibiting exceptional communication, organizational, and independent work skills.
