Job Description

This position will be based in Diegem (Belgium).

Task & accountabilities :

Training instructions: To design, develop and deliver the best training in order to operate in a safe efficient, and effective way the Company products and portfolio (e.g. transport, combat, unmanned, satellites).

• Flight Instructors in a training Centre Environment and/or a Real Operational Environment
• Operator Instructor in a training Centre Environment and/or in a Real Operational Environment
• Special equipment Instructors training Centre Environment and/or a Real Operational Environment

For this position, the candidate should be able to develop and conduct training courses (both logistical and tactical) in front of the A400M customer pilots.

The training courses will cover both theoretical and practical, in front of A400M pilots. The theoretical part will be conducted in a classroom environment. The practical part will be covered using A400M flight simulators.

Required skills :

The candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Pilot with experience in multipilot/multiengine transport aircraft (2000 FH)
• Pilot with experience in tactical air transport (1500 FH)
• Pilot with ATPL (A) valid license (experience on Airbus FBW family will be considered as a plus)
• Experience as instructor (covering development and delivery activities) will be considered as a plus
• SFI (A) authorization
• Experience in training systems development will be considered as a plus
• Experience in A400M will be considered as a plus
• OACI English level 4 in force
• The position will require to work in shifts, according to simulators schedule. No flight in the real aircraft will be required
• Experience managing teams will be considered as a plus
• MS Office Suite at User Level
• French of German will be considered as a plus
• English :Negotiation level
• Spanish :Negotiation level
