Essential Role Requirements for Captain Candidates
- Possession of a valid EASA Part FCL Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Demonstrated ICAO English Language proficiency level 5 or higher.
- Valid EU Passport or Citizenship is mandatory.
- Candidates must satisfy one of the following minimum flight experience criteria:
- A total of 6,000 flight hours, including a minimum of 4,500 hours accumulated on turbo jet aircraft exceeding 40 tonnes maximum takeoff weight (MTOW).
- A total of 5,000 flight hours, including a minimum of 4,500 hours accumulated on turbo jet aircraft exceeding 40 tonnes MTOW, with 1,500 hours successfully flown as Commander.
