Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced VIP Flight Attendant to join a growing team within the Air Chartering industry, specifically for operations onboard the Lineage 1000. Flight Attendants serve as brand ambassadors, maintaining the highest standards of safety, comfort, and intuitive, personalized service for all passengers.
Responsibilities

Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization at all times.

Ensure the aircraft is stocked with necessary refreshments, toiletries, and amenities.

Greet passengers upon boarding and assist with seating.

Provide assistance during embarkation and disembarkation, including luggage handling.

Advise passengers on safety protocols and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.

Prepare and serve food and beverages.

Provide detailed information regarding the company, flight operations, weather, route, refreshments, and arrival times.

Administer first aid or coordinate medical efforts when required.

Adhere to all instructions issued by the Flight Commander or their designate.

Document cabin malfunctions in the Cabin Defects Log and report findings to the Commander.

Complete End of Flight Reports, including flight outlines, passenger details, concierge considerations, and preference documentation.

Promote the corporate brand by delivering first-class, intuitive, and perceptive service.
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably within a VIP Business Aviation environment.

Cheerful, upbeat personality with a collaborative team-player mindset and a well-groomed appearance.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Familiarity with long-haul flight operations, including night flights.

Proficiency in a second language, such as Arabic, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
