Role Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Flight Attendant to join the team operating the Lineage 1000 aircraft. As ambassadors of the brand, Flight Attendants serve as the primary point of contact for passengers, ensuring a commitment to excellence at every stage of the journey. Beyond maintaining passenger safety and comfort, the ideal candidate possesses the perceptiveness and intuition to anticipate passenger needs and provide highly personalized, intuitive service. This role also encompasses administrative responsibilities, including inventory management, stock control, and concierge reporting to ensure seamless flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the aircraft cabin at all times.
  • Ensure all required refreshments, toiletries, and amenities are stocked appropriately.
  • Welcome passengers upon boarding and provide assistance during embarkation and disembarkation, including luggage handling.
  • Advise passengers on safety procedures and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a first-class standard.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company operations, flight details, aircraft specifications, weather conditions, routes, and arrival times.
  • Administer or coordinate first aid as required.
  • Adhere to all instructions provided by the Flight Commander or their designate.
  • Document cabin malfunctions or unserviceability in the Cabin Defects Log for the Commander.
  • Complete End of Flight Reports, including flight outlines, passenger details, concierge considerations, and preference tracking.
  • Uphold the corporate brand by delivering intuitive, high-quality service.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably within a VIP Business Aviation environment.
  • A cheerful, upbeat personality with a collaborative team-player mindset and a well-groomed professional appearance.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in a second language, such as Arabic, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Experience with long-haul flight operations, including night flying.
