Flight Attendant - BBJ 737 (Boeing Business Jet)

A dynamically growing company in the Air Chartering business, operating a diverse fleet worldwide, seeks an experienced Flight Attendant to join its team onboard a BBJ 737 (Boeing Business Jet).

Role Overview

Flight Attendants serve as brand ambassadors, representing the company through exceptional service. Responsibilities extend beyond safety and comfort to include anticipating passenger needs, providing a personalized experience, and managing onboard administrative tasks such as stock, inventory, and concierge reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and order of the cabin at all times.
  • Maintain required supplies of refreshments, toiletries, and amenities.
  • Greet and welcome passengers onboard.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage.
  • Advise passengers on safety matters and demonstrate emergency equipment usage.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the company, flight details, aircraft, weather, travel route, refreshments, and arrival times.
  • Administer first aid or coordinate first aid efforts as needed.
  • Follow instructions from the flight Commander or their designate.
  • Complete the Cabin Defects Log to report any malfunctions or unserviceability.
  • Complete End of Flight Reports detailing flight outline, passenger details, concierge considerations, passenger preferences, and defects.
  • Promote the company brand through first-class, intuitive service.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in VIP Business Aviation.
  • Cheerful, upbeat personality, team player, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with long-haul flights, including overnight operations.
  • Proficiency in a second language, such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
