Role Overview
Flight Attendants are integral brand ambassadors, representing the company at the forefront of passenger interaction. The position demands an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service throughout every stage of the journey. Beyond ensuring passenger safety and comfort, the ideal candidate will possess a keen perceptiveness and intuitiveness, enabling them to anticipate passenger needs and tailor services accordingly. This includes greeting passengers in their native language, personalizing the cabin environment, and demonstrating genuine interest in their experiences. The Flight Attendant also serves as the onboard administrative agent, managing stock, inventory, and concierge reporting to ensure seamless flight operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the aircraft cabin at all times.
- Ensure adequate supplies of refreshments, toiletries, and amenities are available onboard.
- Welcome passengers as they embark and assist them to their seats.
- Provide assistance during aircraft boarding and disembarking, including luggage handling.
- Brief passengers on safety procedures and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages with professionalism.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company, flight details, aircraft, weather, travel route, refreshments, and arrival times.
- Administer first aid to passengers or coordinate first aid efforts as necessary.
- Adhere to all instructions provided by the Flight Commander or their designated representative.
- Complete the Cabin Defects Log to report any malfunctions or unserviceability issues.
- Compile End of Flight Reports, detailing flight information, passenger details, concierge activities, passenger preferences, and any reported defects.
- Uphold and promote the company brand by consistently delivering first-class, intuitive service.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, ideally within a VIP Business Aviation environment.
- A cheerful, upbeat, and collaborative personality, with a well-groomed appearance.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with long-haul flights, including overnight operations.
- Proficiency in a second language such as Arabic, German, French, Italian, or Spanish is highly advantageous.
