Role Overview

The Flight Attendant serves as a brand ambassador, providing first-class, intuitive service to passengers. This role requires a high level of perceptiveness and intuitiveness to anticipate passenger needs and ensure their safety and comfort. Responsibilities extend to administrative duties onboard, including stock management, inventory, and concierge reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the cabin.
• Ensure adequate supplies of refreshments, toiletries, and amenities are onboard.
• Greet and welcome passengers, assisting with boarding, disembarking, and luggage.
• Advise passengers on safety procedures and demonstrate emergency equipment usage.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company, flight details, aircraft, weather, route, refreshments, and arrival times.
• Administer first aid or coordinate first aid efforts as needed.
• Follow instructions from the Flight Commander or their designate.
• Complete the Cabin Defects Log to report any malfunctions or unserviceability.
• Complete End of Flight Reports detailing flight information, passenger details, concierge considerations, passenger preferences, and defects.
• Promote the company brand through exceptional and intuitive service.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in VIP Business Aviation.
• Cheerful, upbeat personality, with a team-player attitude and well-groomed appearance.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with long-haul flights, including night operations.
• Proficiency in a second language, such as Arabic, German, French, Italian, or Spanish, is advantageous.
