A dynamically growing company in the Air Chartering business with a diverse fleet operating worldwide seeks an experienced Flight Attendant to join their team onboard a Lineage 1000 aircraft.
Role Overview
Flight Attendants serve as brand ambassadors, providing the primary point of contact for passengers and demonstrating a commitment to excellent service. Responsibilities extend beyond ensuring passenger safety and comfort to include anticipating passenger needs and delivering an intuitive, personalized service. This role also encompasses administrative duties, including managing onboard stock, inventory, and concierge reporting to ensure smooth flight operations and a welcoming experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain cabin cleanliness and order at all times.

Ensure adequate supplies of refreshments, toiletries, and amenities are onboard.

Greet and welcome passengers upon boarding.

Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage handling.

Communicate safety information and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.

Prepare and serve food and beverages.

Possess and convey knowledge of the company, flight details, aircraft, weather, travel route, refreshments, and arrival times.

Administer first aid or coordinate first aid efforts as required.

Follow instructions from the flight commander or their designate.

Complete the Cabin Defects Log to report any malfunctions or unserviceability.

Complete End of Flight Reports detailing flight outline, passenger details, concierge considerations, passenger preferences, and defects.

Promote the company brand through exceptional, intuitive service.
Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in a VIP Business Aviation environment.

Cheerful, upbeat personality, with a team-player attitude and well-groomed appearance.

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Familiarity with long-haul flights, including overnight operations.

Proficiency in a second language such as Arabic, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
