Position Summary
AirX is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Flight Attendant to join its dedicated team, serving prestigious clients onboard a state-of-the-art BBJ 737 (Boeing Business Jet). As an ambassador of the AirX brand, the Flight Attendant serves as the primary point of contact for passengers, embodying the company's commitment to luxury service excellence at every stage of the journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an impeccable standard of cabin cleanliness and order throughout all phases of flight.
- Oversee the meticulous stocking and presentation of premium refreshments, toiletries, and amenities onboard.
- Provide a warm, personalized welcome to passengers upon boarding, assisting with seating and luggage as required.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrate the proper use of emergency equipment.
- Prepare and serve exquisite food and beverage selections, catering to diverse preferences and dietary requirements.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource, providing passengers with detailed information regarding the company, flight specifics, aircraft, weather, route, and arrival estimates.
- Administer first aid or coordinate emergency medical assistance when necessary.
- Execute all instructions from the Flight Commander or designated representative with precision and professionalism.
- Proactively identify and log any cabin malfunctions or unserviceability issues, reporting them promptly to the Commander.
- Compile detailed End of Flight Reports, documenting passenger profiles, preferences, concierge notes, and operational feedback.
- Consistently uphold and promote the AirX brand through the delivery of intuitive, first-class service.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Demonstrable previous experience as a Flight Attendant, with a strong preference for experience within a VIP Business Aviation environment.
- Possession of a cheerful, upbeat personality, combined with exceptional teamwork skills and a consistently well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Fluent command of written and spoken English is essential.
- Proven familiarity and comfort with operating long-haul flights, including night operations.
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is highly desirable.
