Flight Attendant - Challenger 850 Fleet

Our company is a dynamically growing enterprise within the Air Chartering industry, operating a diverse fleet on a global scale. We are currently seeking an experienced Flight Attendant to join our team on our Challenger 850 fleet.

Role Overview

As ambassadors of our brand, Flight Attendants serve as the primary point of contact for our passengers. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests while maintaining a focus on intuitive, personalized service. Successful candidates will be responsible for anticipating passenger needs, managing administrative onboard duties, and ensuring that every journey reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and order at all times.
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels for refreshments, toiletries, and amenities.
  • Greet passengers upon boarding and assist with seating.
  • Provide assistance during embarkation and disembarkation, including luggage handling.
  • Advise passengers on safety procedures and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company operations, flight details, aircraft, weather conditions, routes, and arrival times.
  • Administer first aid or coordinate medical efforts when required.
  • Comply with all instructions provided by the Flight Commander or their designate.
  • Document cabin malfunctions or unserviceability in the Cabin Defects Log.
  • Complete End of Flight Reports, including flight outlines, passenger details, concierge considerations, and preference tracking.
  • Promote the company brand through professional, high-standard, intuitive service.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably within a VIP Business Aviation environment. Experience with Challenger 850 or Legacy 600/650 aircraft is considered an asset.
  • Cheerful, upbeat personality with a collaborative team-player mindset and a well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proven ability to manage long-haul flight operations, including night flights.
  • Proficiency in a second language, specifically Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
