Flight Attendant - Challenger 850 Fleet
AirX is a dynamically growing company in the Air Chartering industry, currently managing a diverse fleet of aircraft operating globally. We are seeking an experienced Flight Attendant to join our team on our Challenger 850 fleet.
Role Overview
As brand ambassadors, our Flight Attendants serve as the primary point of contact for passengers, demonstrating a commitment to excellence at every stage of the journey. We value professionals who possess perceptiveness and intuition, enabling them to anticipate passenger needs and provide highly personalized service. Beyond safety and comfort, the Flight Attendant acts as an onboard administrative agent, managing inventory, stock, and concierge reporting to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities

Ensure the cabin remains clean and organized at all times.

Manage and maintain required supplies of refreshments, toiletries, and amenities.

Greet passengers upon boarding and assist with seating.

Provide assistance during embarkation and disembarkation, including luggage handling.

Advise passengers on safety matters and demonstrate emergency equipment usage.

Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company, flight logistics, aircraft, weather, routes, and arrival times.

Administer first aid or coordinate efforts as required.

Execute instructions provided by the Flight Commander or their designate.

Complete the Cabin Defects Log to report malfunctions to the Commander.

Submit End of Flight Reports, including flight outlines, passenger details, and concierge preferences.

Uphold the AirX brand through first-class, intuitive service.
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably within a VIP Business Aviation environment. Experience with Challenger 850, Legacy 600, or Legacy 650 aircraft is considered an asset.

A cheerful, upbeat personality with a collaborative team-player mindset and professional, well-groomed appearance.

Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.

Familiarity with long-haul and overnight flight operations.

Ability to speak a second language (Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish).
