Flight Attendant – Challenger 850 Fleet
A rapidly growing leader in the air chartering industry, currently operating a diverse global fleet, is seeking an experienced Flight Attendant to join the Challenger 850 operations team. This role serves as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s commitment to excellence and intuitive, high-touch passenger service.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering a bespoke travel experience. Beyond standard safety duties, the role requires a high level of perceptiveness, professional intuition, and the ability to anticipate passenger needs. The Flight Attendant also serves as an onboard administrative agent, managing stock, inventory, and concierge reporting to ensure seamless flight operations.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain cabin cleanliness, order, and ensure all necessary refreshments, toiletries, and amenities are stocked.

Greet passengers upon boarding and provide assistance during embarkation and disembarkation, including luggage handling.

Advise passengers on safety protocols and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.

Prepare and serve food and beverages to a first-class standard.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the aircraft, flight route, weather, refreshments, and arrival details.

Administer first aid or coordinate medical efforts when necessary.

Execute all instructions provided by the Flight Commander.

Document cabin malfunctions in the Cabin Defects Log and report findings to the Commander.

Complete detailed End of Flight Reports, including flight outlines, concierge considerations, and passenger preferences.

Consistently represent the brand through professional, intuitive service.
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, with preference given to those with a background in VIP Business Aviation, specifically on Challenger 850 or Legacy 600/650 aircraft.

A cheerful, upbeat, and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with long-haul and overnight flight operations.

Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable (Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish).
