The Role
The Flight Attendant serves as a crucial brand ambassador for AirX, often representing the primary point of contact for discerning passengers. Beyond ensuring the paramount safety and comfort of all on board, this role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, perceptiveness, and an intuitive approach to service. The successful candidate will anticipate and cater to individual passenger preferences, providing a bespoke and luxurious travel experience. Additionally, the Flight Attendant manages essential onboard administrative duties, including stock, inventory, and concierge reporting, contributing to seamless flight operations and an unparalleled guest experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintains impeccable cabin cleanliness and order throughout all flights.
- Ensures adequate stocking of refreshments, toiletries, and luxury amenities prior to departure.
- Extends a warm welcome to passengers upon boarding, assisting them to their seats.
- Provides comprehensive assistance to passengers during embarkation, disembarkation, and with luggage handling.
- Delivers comprehensive safety briefings and demonstrates emergency equipment usage with clarity.
- Prepares and serves exquisite food and beverage selections, tailored to passenger preferences.
- Possesses and articulates in-depth knowledge regarding company operations, flight specifics, aircraft details, weather conditions, travel routes, catering options, and estimated arrival times.
- Administers or coordinates first aid efforts as necessary, ensuring passenger well-being.
- Adheres strictly to all instructions from the Flight Commander or their designate.
- Diligently completes Cabin Defects Logs, reporting any cabin malfunctions or unserviceability to the Flight Commander.
- Prepares detailed End of Flight Reports encompassing flight outline, passenger specifics, concierge requirements, preferences, and reported defects.
- Consistently upholds and promotes the AirX brand through the delivery of intuitive, first-class cabin service.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Flight Attendant, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in VIP Business Aviation environments aboard executive jets such as the Challenger 850 or Legacy 600/650.
- A cheerful, professional, and team-oriented disposition, complemented by an immaculate personal presentation.
- Fluent proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in English is essential.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the demands of long-haul flights, including overnight operations.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish, is a distinct advantage.
