Experienced Flight Attendant

The Flight Attendant serves as a vital ambassador for the AirX Charter brand, often representing the primary point of contact for passengers. This role demands a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent service at every stage of the passenger journey.
While primarily responsible for passenger safety and comfort, the ideal candidate possesses skills and attributes that extend beyond these fundamental duties. The company seeks Flight Attendants capable of greeting passengers in their native language, preparing their preferred seating area with specific items like newspapers, slippers, and desired drinks and snacks upon boarding. Valued attributes include perceptiveness and intuitiveness, enabling crew members to understand passenger needs through observation and interaction, anticipating requirements before they are articulated. Additionally, the Flight Attendant acts as the administrative agent onboard, managing stock, inventory, and concierge reporting to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming experience for guests throughout their travels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures the cabin is maintained in a clean and orderly state at all times.
- Verifies that required supplies of refreshments, toiletries, and amenities are onboard before departure.
- Welcomes passengers upon boarding and assists them to their seats.
- Provides assistance to passengers during embarkation and disembarkation, including support with luggage.
- Briefs passengers on safety matters and demonstrates the proper use of emergency equipment.
- Prepares and serves food and beverages according to passenger preferences and service standards.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge about the Company, specific flights, aircraft details, weather conditions, travel routes, available refreshments, and arrival times.
- Administers or coordinates first aid efforts for passengers requiring medical assistance.
- Complies with all instructions given by the Flight Commander or their designate.
- Completes the Cabin Defects Log to report any malfunctions or unserviceability within the cabin and brings these to the Commander's attention.
- Submits End of Flight Reports detailing flight specifics, passenger information, concierge notes, passenger preferences, and encountered defects.
- Promotes the AirX brand by consistently demonstrating first-class, intuitive service.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant is required. Experience in a VIP Business Aviation environment, particularly onboard small private jets such as the Challenger 850 or Legacy 600/650, is considered a significant asset.
- Possesses a cheerful, upbeat personality and maintains a well-groomed professional appearance.
- Demonstrates the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Proficiency in a second language, such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish, is advantageous.
