Flight Attendant - Air Chartering
A dynamically growing company in the Air Chartering business, operating a diverse fleet worldwide, seeks an experienced Flight Attendant to join its team. This role is pivotal in representing the company's brand, serving as a primary point of contact for passengers and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Role Overview
The Flight Attendant is responsible for passenger safety and comfort, demonstrating a high level of perceptiveness and intuitiveness. The role requires anticipating passenger needs, providing personalized service, and maintaining the cabin's orderliness. Additionally, Flight Attendants act as onboard administrative agents, managing stock, inventory, and concierge reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and order of the cabin at all times.
- Maintain adequate onboard supplies of refreshments, toiletries, and amenities.
- Greet and welcome passengers upon boarding.
- Assist passengers with embarkation, disembarkation, and luggage handling.
- Provide safety briefings and demonstrate emergency equipment usage.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company, flight details, aircraft, weather, travel route, refreshments, and arrival times.
- Administer first aid or coordinate first aid efforts as needed.
- Follow instructions from the flight commander or their designate.
- Complete the Cabin Defects Log for any cabin malfunctions or unserviceability, reporting to the commander.
- Complete End of Flight Reports, detailing flight outline, passenger details, concierge considerations, passenger preferences, and defects.
- Promote the company brand through first-class, intuitive service.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably within a VIP Business Aviation environment on aircraft such as Legacy 600/650 and Challenger CL604/605, is considered an asset.
- Possesses a cheerful, upbeat personality, demonstrates strong teamwork, and maintains a well-groomed appearance.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language proficiently.
- Familiar with long-haul flights, including night operations, and performing multiple flights per day.
- Proficiency in a second language, such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish, is required.
