Flight Attendant - Business Aviation
A dynamically growing company in the Air Chartering business, operating a diverse fleet worldwide, seeks an experienced Flight Attendant to join our team.
About the Role
Flight Attendants serve as brand ambassadors, representing the company's commitment to excellent service at every stage of the passenger experience. The role emphasizes safety and comfort, with a focus on exceptional, intuitive service that anticipates passenger needs. This includes personalized greetings, preparation of seating arrangements, and proactive engagement. Flight Attendants also perform administrative duties onboard, managing stock, inventory, and concierge reporting to ensure a seamless and welcoming travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and order of the cabin at all times.
- Maintain adequate supplies of refreshments, toiletries, and amenities onboard.
- Greet and welcome passengers as they board the aircraft.
- Assist passengers with embarking, disembarking, and luggage.
- Advise passengers on safety procedures and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company, flight details, aircraft, weather, travel route, refreshments, and arrival times.
- Administer first aid or coordinate first aid efforts when necessary.
- Follow instructions from the flight commander or their designate.
- Complete the Cabin Defects Log to report any malfunctions or unserviceability.
- Complete End of Flight Reports, detailing flight information, passenger details, concierge considerations, passenger preferences, and defects.
- Promote the company brand through exceptional and intuitive service.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in a VIP Business Aviation environment on aircraft such as Legacy 600/650 and Challenger CL604/605, is considered an asset.
- Possess a cheerful, upbeat personality, a team player attitude, and a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Familiarity with long-haul flights, including night flights, and handling multiple flights per day.
- Ability to speak a second language, such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
