Flight Attendant - Challenger 850 Fleet
Our company is a dynamically growing leader in the air chartering industry, managing a diverse, worldwide fleet. We are currently seeking an experienced Flight Attendant to join our team operating our Challenger 850 fleet.
Role Overview
The Flight Attendant serves as a brand ambassador, representing our commitment to service excellence. While primary responsibilities center on passenger safety and comfort, the role requires a high degree of perceptiveness and intuitiveness. Successful candidates will anticipate passenger needs, interpret behavior to tailor service levels, and act as an onboard administrative agent responsible for inventory, concierge reporting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain cabin cleanliness and order at all times.

Manage the supply of refreshments, toiletries, and onboard amenities.

Greet and assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, including luggage assistance.

Advise passengers on safety procedures and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.

Prepare and serve food and beverages.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company operations, flight details, weather, travel routes, and arrival times.

Administer or coordinate first aid as required.

Execute instructions issued by the Flight Commander or designate.

Maintain the Cabin Defects Log and report cabin malfunctions.

Complete End of Flight Reports, including flight details, concierge considerations, and passenger preferences.

Promote the corporate brand through consistently intuitive, first-class service.
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably within a VIP business aviation environment (specifically Challenger 850 or Legacy 600/650 aircraft).

Cheerful, upbeat personality with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Professional, well-groomed appearance.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience with long-haul and overnight flight operations.

Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable (Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish).
