VIP Flight Attendant (Challenger 850 Fleet) - Worldwide Operations

Company Overview

A dynamically growing leader in the Air Chartering business, operating a diverse fleet across worldwide routes, is seeking an experienced VIP Flight Attendant. This pivotal role will join the dedicated cabin crew team operating specifically onboard the Challenger 850 fleet. The company prides itself on delivering exceptional, bespoke service to its discerning clientele.

The Role: Brand Ambassador and Cabin Professional

The Flight Attendant serves as a critical brand ambassador, often being the primary or sole point of contact for passengers within the company. This professional must consistently demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellent service at every stage of the travel experience. While the primary responsibility remains the safety and comfort of all passengers, successful candidates possess skills and attributes that elevate the service beyond standard expectations.

The ideal candidate exhibits a high level of perceptiveness and intuitiveness. Cabin crew professionals are expected to read passengers, interpret behavior to discern the appropriate level of personalized service, and proactively anticipate every need. This bespoke approach may include greeting passengers in their native language, preparing preferred seating arrangements with usual newspapers, slippers, and favorite drinks/snacks upon boarding, and engaging in personal follow-up conversations based on previous interactions.

Furthermore, the Flight Attendant acts as the administrative agent onboard. Responsibilities include meticulous management of stock, inventory, and concierge reporting, ensuring smooth flight operations and guaranteeing that guests feel special and welcome throughout their travels.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure the cleanliness and order of the cabin environment are maintained to the highest standards at all times.
  • Verify and maintain required supplies of refreshments, toiletries, and amenities onboard prior to departure.
  • Greet passengers upon boarding the aircraft and personally escort them to their designated seats.
  • Assist passengers efficiently during the embarking or disembarking process, including support with luggage handling.
  • Advise passengers comprehensively on safety matters and provide clear demonstrations of emergency equipment usage.
  • Expertly prepare and serve high-quality food and beverage selections.
  • Maintain and demonstrate expert knowledge regarding the Company’s operations, flight itinerary, aircraft specifications, weather conditions, travel route, refreshment options, and accurate arrival times.
  • Administer immediate first aid to passengers or coordinate rapid first aid efforts as required.
  • Adhere strictly to all instructions provided by the Flight Commander or their designated representative.
  • Accurately complete the Cabin Defects Log to report any malfunctions or unserviceability encountered within the cabin and promptly bring these issues to the Commander's attention.
  • Complete detailed End of Flight Reports, outlining flight performance, passenger specifics, concierge considerations, recorded passenger preferences, and any defects noted.
  • Consistently promote the company brand by demonstrating first-class, intuitive, and personalized service throughout the entire flight duration.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

The company seeks exceptional individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience as a Flight Attendant is essential. Experience, preferably within a VIP Business Aviation environment onboard small private jets, such as the Challenger 850 or Legacy 600/650, is considered a significant asset.
  • Possession of a cheerful, upbeat personality, strong team player skills, and a consistently well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is mandatory.
  • Familiarity and comfort with operating long-haul flights, including overnight duty periods.
  • The ability to speak a second language, such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish, is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
