Pilot - AirSprint

This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of AirSprint aircraft across a vast and dynamic operational area, including the Americas, Hawaii, Europe, and other international destinations. The successful candidate will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety, coupled with a passion for delivering personalized customer service to AirSprint's valued Owners.
Pilots are expected to uphold the highest professional standards, exhibit exceptional adaptability, meticulously adhere to standard operating procedures, and consistently exercise sound pilot decision-making. This ensures a secure, seamless, and efficient private aviation experience for Owners. In all duties, the Pilot will enthusiastically embody AirSprint's core values, collaborating seamlessly with the broader team to provide truly memorable travel experiences on every flight.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate aircraft in strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Adapt effectively to diverse and dynamic flight destinations and routes, leveraging comprehensive company support.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changes in daily operational schedules during assigned workdays.
- Provide timely and effective responses to irregular operations, consistently maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- Possession of a Canadian passport or permanent resident status, along with all necessary visas for unrestricted travel within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
- Eligibility to travel to the United States as a passenger for training purposes.
- Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
- Ability to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Physical capability to regularly lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds.
Captain Specific Requirements
- Minimum of 4,000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Aviation from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Prior jet experience, relevant time on type, and corporate aviation experience.
- Experience in oceanic or overseas flight operations.
