The Pilot plays a key role in enabling the AirSprint team to consistently go above and beyond, ensuring an unparalleled level of service and operational excellence for our Owners on every flight.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate AirSprint aircraft safely and in strict accordance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable domestic and international aviation regulations.
- Navigate and adapt to diverse and sometimes unknown destinations and routes with comprehensive company support and advanced planning tools.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changes in daily flight operations and scheduling during assigned workdays.
- Ensure a timely, professional, and effective response to irregular operations, consistently maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this challenging and rewarding role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications:
- A valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- A Canadian passport or permanent resident status, coupled with all necessary visas for unrestricted travel within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean Islands, South America, and Western Europe.
- The demonstrable ability to travel to the United States as a passenger for training purposes.
- The capability to successfully obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
- Eligibility to secure Corporate CANPASS privileges.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Physical ability to regularly lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds, commensurate with standard aviation duties.
Specific Requirements for Captains
In addition to the general requirements, Captain candidates must also meet the following:
- A minimum of 4,000 hours total flight time.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following attributes will be given preferential consideration:
- A degree or diploma in Aviation from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Significant jet experience, including time on type, and prior corporate or private aviation experience.
- Experience in oceanic or overseas flight operations.
