The Pilot / Captain is entrusted with the paramount responsibility of ensuring the safe and efficient operation of AirSprint aircraft. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate aircraft safely and in strict accordance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Adapt to diverse and often unknown destinations and routes, leveraging comprehensive company support and resources.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changes in daily operations during scheduled workdays.
  • Ensure a timely and effective response to irregular operations, consistently offering exceptional customer service throughout.

Essential Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
  • A valid Canadian passport or proof of resident status, accompanied by all necessary visas for unrestricted travel within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
  • Ability to travel as a passenger to the United States for training purposes.
  • Capacity to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
  • Eligibility to acquire Corporate CANPASS privileges.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check.
  • Physical capability to regularly lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds.

Captain Specific Requirements

  • Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.
  • At least 250 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
  • Intermediate Airline Transport Rating (IATRA) or successful completion of all Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) written examinations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Aviation from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Demonstrated jet experience, with relevant time on type, and corporate aviation experience.
  • Experience in oceanic or overseas flight operations, particularly with Embraer fleet aircraft.
