Key Responsibilities
- Operate AirSprint aircraft safely and in strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and aviation regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrate exceptional adaptability to diverse and dynamic destinations and routes, utilizing comprehensive company support and resources.
- Exhibit flexibility and responsiveness to changes in daily operational requirements and schedules during assigned workdays.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to irregular operations, consistently upholding AirSprint's benchmark for exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- A valid Canadian passport or permanent resident status, combined with all necessary visas, to facilitate unrestricted international travel within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
- Capability to travel to the United States as a passenger for comprehensive training purposes.
- Eligibility to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
- Eligibility to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.
- Successful completion of a thorough criminal background check.
- Physical ability to regularly lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds.
Specific Requirements for Captains
- Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.
- Minimum of 250 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- Possession of an Intermediate Airline Transport Rating (IATRA) or successful completion of all Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) written examinations.
Desired Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- A degree or diploma in Aviation from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Prior jet experience, established time on type, and significant corporate aviation experience.
- Documented oceanic or overseas flight experience, particularly within an Embraer fleet.
