The Role
A Pilot or Captain at AirSprint maintains a consistently professional demeanor, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and strict adherence to all standard operating procedures. Sound pilot decision-making is paramount to providing a secure, seamless, and memorable private aviation experience for our Owners. Key Responsibilities
- Operates AirSprint aircraft safely and in strict accordance with all company policies, procedures, and aviation regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrates exceptional adaptability to diverse and often dynamic destinations and routes, effectively utilizing comprehensive company support systems.
- Manages and responds to changes in daily operational schedules efficiently during assigned workdays, ensuring continuity and reliability.
- Ensures timely and effective responses to irregular operations, consistently upholding and delivering an exceptional standard of customer service.
Required Qualifications
General Pilot Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- A Canadian passport or permanent resident status, accompanied by all necessary visas, enabling unrestricted travel within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
- Ability to travel to the United States as a passenger for essential training purposes.
- Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
- Ability to secure Corporate CANPASS privileges.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Physical capacity to regularly lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds.
Captain Specific Requirements:
- A minimum of 4,000 hours total flight time.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Aviation from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Demonstrated jet experience, current time on type for relevant aircraft, and prior corporate aviation experience.
