Role Overview

The AirSprint Pilot holds the critical responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of AirSprint aircraft across an expansive operational region, encompassing the Americas, Hawaii, Europe, and other international destinations. This pivotal role demands an unwavering commitment to safety and a profound passion for customer service, ensuring the delivery of personalized and exceptional private aviation experiences for AirSprint Owners. The Pilot is expected to maintain a consistently professional demeanor, demonstrate remarkable adaptability to dynamic situations, and strictly adhere to all standard operating procedures. Sound pilot decision-making is essential to guarantee a secure and efficient journey for every flight.

Beyond the cockpit, the Pilot is a key ambassador for AirSprint, enthusiastically embodying the company's core values in all aspects of their work. This role requires collaborative engagement with the broader AirSprint team, working seamlessly to go above and beyond in providing Owners with safe, seamless, and memorable travel experiences on every occasion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate aircraft safely and in strict accordance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to diverse and often unknown destinations and routes, leveraging comprehensive company support.
  • Effectively manage and adapt to changes in daily operational plans during assigned workdays.
  • Ensure a timely and professional response to irregular operations, consistently upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
  • A Canadian passport or valid resident status, coupled with all necessary visas, to facilitate unrestricted travel within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
  • Eligibility to travel to the United States as a passenger for training purposes.
  • Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
  • Ability to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check.
  • Physical capability to regularly lift, push, and pull at least 30 pounds.

Additional Qualifications for Captains

  • A minimum of 4,000 hours total flight time.
  • A minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).

Preferred Attributes

  • A degree or diploma in Aviation from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Demonstrated jet experience, including time on type, and prior corporate aviation experience.
