AirSprint is seeking experienced Pilots to join their team, operating a fleet of aircraft across the Americas, Hawaii, Europe, and beyond. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe, efficient, and personalized private aviation experience for AirSprint Owners, emphasizing a strong safety mindset and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As a Pilot with AirSprint, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft. This involves adhering to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines. The role requires adaptability to varying destinations and routes, flexibility to manage daily operational changes, and the ability to respond promptly to irregular operations while maintaining superior customer service. Pilots are expected to embody AirSprint’s values, contributing to a collaborative team environment that delivers seamless and memorable travel experiences.
Requirements

Commercial Pilot License (CPL).

Possession of a Canadian passport or resident status, with the necessary visas to travel unrestricted within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.

Ability to travel to the United States as a passenger for training purposes.

Eligibility to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).

Eligibility to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.

Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Ability to regularly lift/push/pull at least 30 pounds.
First Officer Specific Requirements

1,500 hours of total flight time.

250 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).

Intermediate Airline Transport Rating (IATRA) or completion of ATPL exams.
Preferred Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Aviation from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Jet aircraft experience, including time on type.

Corporate aviation experience.

Oceanic or overseas flight experience, particularly on the Embraer fleet.
