Pilot - AirSprint

Reporting to: Respective Chief Pilot

Location: Various

Work Schedule: 16 days on/12 days off (standard, maximum days away from home is 8), 14/14, 18/10 (on an as available basis, maximum days from home is 9).

Job Summary

AirSprint seeks a Pilot responsible for the safe and efficient operation of AirSprint aircraft across the Americas, Hawaii, Europe, and beyond. The role requires a passion for customer service and a strong safety mindset to provide personalized customer service to Owners. This position emphasizes maintaining a professional demeanor, adaptability, adherence to standard operating procedures, and sound pilot decision-making to ensure a safe and efficient private aviation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate aircraft safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Adapt to unknown destinations and routes with company support.
  • Adapt to changes in daily operations during available workdays.
  • Ensure timely response to irregular operations while offering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
  • A Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
  • Ability to travel for training purposes to the United States as a passenger.
  • Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
  • Ability to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Ability to regularly lift/push/pull at least 30 pounds.

First Officer Requirements

  • 1,500 hours total time.
  • 250 hours PIC.
  • Intermediate Airline Transport Rating (IATRA), or ATPL exams written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Aviation from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Jet experience, time on type, and corporate experience.
  • Oceanic/overseas experience (Embraer fleet).
