• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation professionals, educational institutions, and industry organizations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and team dynamics.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in aviation recruitment.
