Candidate Requirements and Attributes

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to service, and a strong commitment to team success. Candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Personality and Temperament: Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, and genuinely team-spirited approach.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to manage irregular shift patterns, long working hours, and extended periods of standing (physically demanding role).
• Grooming and Presentation: Immaculate grooming is required, including clear and healthy skin. Visible marks or braces are not permitted.
• Age Requirement: Candidates must be 18 years old and above.
• Height and Reach Requirements (Barefoot):
  • Female Candidates: Minimum height of 157 cm.
  • Male Candidates: Minimum height of 170 cm.
  • All Candidates: Minimum arm reach of 210 cm.

  • TOEIC score of 650 (valid within the last two years).
  • OR Versant score of 50 (valid within the last two years).
