The Cabin Crew professional is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining adherence to strict safety regulations, and upholding the iconic AirAsia brand standard. Candidates must possess a passion for engaging with diverse people and demonstrate commitment to rigorous operational schedules, including irregular hours and long shifts.

Essential Qualifications and Candidate Profile

The successful candidate must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • Personality: Must exhibit an energetic, positive, and cooperative team-spirited attitude.
  • Physical Readiness: The role requires prolonged standing, resilience to irregular working hours, and physical preparedness for demanding shifts.
  • Grooming Standards: Must be highly presentable, maintaining healthy skin with no visible marks, tattoos, or dental braces.
  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Minimum Height Requirements (Barefoot):
    • Ladies: Minimum 157 cm
    • Men: Minimum 170 cm
  • Arm Reach: Candidates must demonstrate an arm reach capability of 210 cm.

  • TOEIC score of 650 (must be valid within the last 2 years), required if the SPM English prerequisite is not met.
  • Versant score of 50 (must be valid within the last 2 years), required if the SPM English prerequisite is not met.

  • Standard professional office attire is mandatory.
  • Ladies are required to wear a knee-length skirt.
