Essential Candidate Requirements

AirAsia requires potential candidates to meet the following professional and physical criteria:

  • Personality & Attitude: The ideal candidate exhibits an energetic, positive, and collaborative team spirit.
  • Physical Readiness: The role demands significant physical stamina, requiring readiness to manage extended working hours, irregular shifts, and prolonged periods of standing.
  • Grooming Standards: Candidates must maintain impeccable presentation, including healthy skin, and the absence of any visible marks or dental braces.
  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be 18 years old and above.
  • Height Standard (Barefoot): Minimum 157 cm for female candidates; Minimum 170 cm for male candidates.
  • Arm Reach: A minimum arm reach of 210 cm is mandatory.

Application Process and Required Documentation

Documents Required for Interview Attendance:

  • Updated Professional Resume/CV.
  • Original and photocopy of MyKad.
  • Original and photocopy of the SPM Certificate, demonstrating a credit in English or equivalent qualification.
  • Original and photocopy of Higher Education Certificates, if applicable.
  • A valid TOEIC score of 650 (valid within 2 years) or Versant score of 50 (valid within 2 years), required if the SPM English credit requirement is not met.

Interview Dress Code:

Candidates must present themselves in professional office attire. Female candidates are specifically required to wear a knee-length skirt. AirAsia strongly encourages candidates to showcase their authentic personality throughout the selection process.
