Essential Candidate Profile and Requirements
The applicant must meet stringent operational and physical criteria necessary for flight operations:
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years old and above at the time of application.
- Personality & Attitude: Must demonstrate a great personality, characterized by energy, positivity, and a strong team spirit.
- Physical Readiness: Candidates must be physically fit to manage long hours and irregular shifts, often remaining on their feet for extended periods.
- Grooming and Presentation: Must be impeccably groomed and presentable, with healthy skin and no visible marks or dental braces.
- Height Standards (Barefoot):
- Ladies: Minimum height of 157cm.
- Men: Minimum height of 170cm.
- Reach Requirement: Must achieve an arm reach of 210cm.
