Job Summary

The Allstar Cabin Crew is entrusted with ensuring passenger safety and comfort while upholding AirAsia's renowned service standards and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Executes all duties related to aircraft and guest safety under the direct authority of the Pilot in Command (PIC).
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of emergency drills and procedures as detailed in the Safety Emergency Procedures (SEP) Manual, applying them effectively in all critical situations.
- Ensures strict compliance with all relevant safety, security, customs, immigration, and health regulations.
- Serves as the primary liaison between guests and the flight crew, optimizing comfort and service delivery throughout the journey.
- Conducts thorough pre-flight routine inspections of galley equipment, catering stores, dry stores, and loose equipment, verifying their security and correct stowage.
- Provides complete and accurate passenger briefings in accordance with the Operations Manual and SEP Manual.
- Prepares all necessary operational documentation and reports, including Ship’s papers, Cabin Defects Log entries, and incident reports.
- Maintains the highest standards of conduct and professionalism as a visible ambassador of AirAsia.
- Actively supports and upholds AirAsia’s brand image and vibrant company culture in all interactions.
- Participates diligently in safety programs, hazard reporting initiatives, and all mandatory training sessions.

- Possesses a high level of safety awareness and the ability to make sound procedural decisions under pressure.

- Capable of maintaining confidentiality, tact, and discretion when interacting with all individuals.
Physical Requirements
- Complexion: Clear, free from apparent blemishes or scars; no visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Teeth: Free from braces, visible damage, decay, or severe crookedness.
- Height: Minimum 160 cm for female candidates and 170 cm for male candidates.
- Body Mass Index (BMI): Within the range of 18.5–22 for female candidates and 18.5–23 for male candidates.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of cabin safety procedures and aviation regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to perform safety inspections, equipment checks, and emergency response procedures proficiently.
- Proficient in accurately completing all operational reports and documentation.
