Job Description:
This position requires a dedicated individual to attend pre-flight briefings and assume assigned working positions for upcoming flights. Responsibilities include meticulous pre-flight duties such as verifying safety equipment, ensuring aircraft cleanliness, updating seat pocket information, and confirming all necessary provisions are onboard. This role involves welcoming passengers, directing them to their seats, and thoroughly informing them of safety procedures, while ensuring all hand luggage is correctly stowed. The cabin crew member will verify that seatbelts and galleys are secure prior to takeoff, make announcements on behalf of the pilot, and address passenger inquiries during the flight. They will perform sales of onboard goods, advise passengers of allowance restrictions at their destinations, reassure and guide passengers in emergency situations, and ensure safe disembarkation while verifying the overhead bins are clear. Furthermore, they will complete required paperwork, such as flight reports.

Candidates must be proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia and must be comfortable working in a diverse environment. A passion for travel and assisting passengers is highly valued. A minimum of SPM with credit in English and Bahasa Melayu is required.
