Essential grooming requirements include flawless skin (without acne marks), no visible marks on hands and legs, no braces, and nice, healthy-looking hair. Men may have long hair, with the understanding they may be required to adopt a shorter style upon hiring.
Working hours for cabin crew are based on productivity; more shifts lead to higher earnings.
Candidates must meet the following requirements: possess a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a CREDIT in English or equivalent, a pass in Bahasa Malaysia, and another credit in a different subject; be a Malaysian citizen; hold a fully vaccinated digital certificate; submit a recent resume; hold a higher education qualification or equivalent; and achieve a minimum GSE score of 50 points on the Versant English Placement Test (valid within two years), or demonstrate equivalent English proficiency if an SPM English credit is not achieved.
