Grooming standards are essential, with expectations for flawless skin (free of acne marks), no visible marks on hands and legs, no braces, and healthy-looking hair. Men with long hair should understand that they may be required to cut their hair shorter if hired.
Minimum height requirements are 157cm barefoot for ladies and 170cm barefoot for men, with a minimum arm reach of 210cm.
Working hours are productivity-based, offering the opportunity to increase earnings through taking on additional shifts.
