Cabin Crew members will spend extended periods on their feet, across multiple flight sectors, adhering to irregular schedules. They will handle conflicts and issues, maintain cabin cleanliness, and may be required to work on the tarmac or at airport gates.

It is paramount that the Cabin Crew is able to demonstrate firmness when required, providing clear instructions during emergencies, de-escalating tense situations, and enforcing rules and regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Grooming: Cabin Crew are encouraged to express their individuality with hairstyles that are well-maintained and presentable. Good grooming is considered essential and includes:
- Flawless skin without acne marks.
- No visible marks on hands and legs.
- No braces.
- Healthy, well-maintained hair (Men may have long hair, though they may be required to cut it shorter upon employment.)
Working Hours: Cabin crew working hours will be based on productivity, allowing opportunity for better earnings through the completion of more shifts.

Minimum Requirements to Fly with AirAsia:

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a Credit in English or equivalent, a pass in Bahasa Malaysia, and a credit in one other subject.
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
Candidates must provide a fully vaccinated digital certificate.
A recent resume.
Higher education qualifications or equivalent.
Successful completion of the Versant English Placement Test with a minimum GSE Score of 50 points (valid within 2 years). This requirement is applicable if the SPM English credit is not available.
