- Age Eligibility: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Appearance Standards:
AirAsia encourages its Cabin Crew to embrace their individuality while maintaining a professional standard of grooming.
- Presentable hair styling is permitted.
- Flawless skin, without acne marks.
- No visible marks on hands and legs.
- No braces.
- Healthy-looking hair. (Men may have long hair, but may be required to have it cut short if hired.)
Working Hours:
Cabin Crew working hours are productivity-based. Increased shifts translate into higher earnings.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a credit in English (or equivalent), a pass in Bahasa Malaysia, and one additional credit in another subject.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Must have a fully vaccinated digital certificate.
- Submit a recent resume.
- Possess higher education or equivalent qualifications.
- Obtain a minimum GSE score of 50 points on the Versant English Placement Test, valid within 2 years, or as a substitute if the SPM English result is not a credit.
