Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Height requirements:
  • Females: Minimum 157 cm barefoot
  • Males: Minimum 170 cm barefoot, with a minimum arm reach of 210 cm
• Flawless skin (free from acne marks)
• No visible marks on hands and legs
• No braces
• Well-maintained, healthy-looking hair (Men with long hair may be required to have short hair upon hiring)

Compensation and Working Hours:

Compensation for Cabin Crew is performance-based. Earnings are directly correlated to the number of shifts undertaken.

• Venue: AirAsia Office, Penang International Airport
• Dress Code: Office attire; for female applicants, a knee-length skirt is required.

Interview Preparation:

1. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate demonstrating a credit in English or equivalent qualifications; a pass in Bahasa Malaysia; and one other credit in another subject.
2. MyKad (Malaysian Identity Card)
3. Vaccination digital certificate
4. Current resume
5. Certificates of higher education or equivalent
6. TOEIC score report (minimum 650, valid within 2 years), required if SPM English credit is not achieved.
