Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the flight.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, creating a welcoming environment for passengers.
- Assist with pre-flight preparations, including cabin cleaning and safety checks.
- Deliver safety instructions and demonstrate emergency procedures in a clear and confident manner.
- Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues effectively, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a harmonious cabin environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a secure and comfortable flight for everyone.
Requirements
- Personality: Possess a friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality with a genuine desire to serve others. Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Appearance: Maintain a well-groomed appearance with flawless skin, no visible marks on hands and legs, and no braces. Hair should be healthy and presentable; men may have long hair but may be required to have short hair upon employment.
- Height:
- Ladies: Minimum 157cm barefoot.
- Men: Minimum 170cm barefoot with a minimum arm reach of 210cm.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, including fluency in written and spoken language. A TOEIC score of 650 or higher, valid within two years, is required.
Working Hours
Cabin Crew working hours are based on productivity, offering flexible scheduling and potential for increased earnings with additional shifts.
