An AirAsia Cabin Crew member possesses the following qualities:

Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: You'll be the face of AirAsia, interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds, diffusing tense situations, and ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone on board. This requires clear communication, empathy, and the ability to enforce regulations with firmness when necessary.
Resilience and Work Ethic: Be prepared to work on your feet for extended periods, navigate irregular hours, and maintain a positive demeanor throughout. From assisting passengers to ensuring a clean cabin environment, your dedication to service will be paramount.
Presentation and Grooming: While we embrace individuality, we also prioritize a polished and professional appearance. Cabin Crew members should have flawless skin, no visible marks on hands or legs, and well-maintained hair. While men may have long hair, they should be prepared to style it according to guidelines if selected.

Meeting the Requirements

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Age: 18 years and above
Height:
- Ladies: Minimum 157cm barefoot
- Men: Minimum 170cm barefoot with a minimum arm reach of 210cm
Education: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a Credit in English, a pass in Bahasa Malaysia, and one other credit in any subject. Candidates with a non-Credit in SPM English must present a valid TOEIC score of 650 (within 2 years).
Physical Attributes: No braces and a neat, healthy appearance.
