Cadet Pilot

This Cadet Pilot Program is designed to induct aspiring individuals who will be assigned to a flying school to commence their professional pilot training. The program seeks candidates who demonstrate the potential and commitment required to excel in a demanding aviation career.
Minimum Selection Requirements:
Essential Criteria:
- Must be a Malaysian Citizen.
- Aged between 18 to 28 years in the year of application.
- Possesses a minimum height of 158cm.
- Demonstrates good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Maintains a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI) not exceeding 30.
- Achieves distant visual acuity of 6/9 or better in each eye.
- Attains binocular visual acuity of 6/6 or better.
- Has a refractive error of 5 diopters or less (final approval is contingent upon a medical doctor/AirAsia Ophthalmologist Report).
Academic Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following academic benchmarks:
1. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent:
- Grade A in Mathematics and English.
- Grade B in Physics or Grade A in General Science.
- Grade B in any other two subjects.
OR
2. Degree Pre-Requisites (Recognized by the Ministry of Education Malaysia):
- Holds a degree in an Engineering or Science-related discipline.
- Achieved a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 and above.
- Possesses an SPM with a minimum Grade B in 5 subjects, which must include English, Mathematics, and Science.
