Job Overview
This role centers on ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers during air travel. The Cabin Crew member acts as an ambassador for the airline, providing a consistently high level of customer care that guarantees passenger well-being throughout their flight.
Key Responsibilities
Safety and Security:
- Conduct thorough safety equipment checks to guarantee availability and functionality.
- Deliver comprehensive safety demonstrations to passengers prior to takeoff.
- Ensure the secure closure of aircraft doors before takeoff and confirm the cabin is free of loose items that could impede emergency evacuation.
- Enforce passenger adherence to safety procedures to mitigate potential hazards during flight.
- Provide vital assistance to passengers during emergency situations, including administering first aid and delivering clear instructions for emergency evacuations.
Inflight Service:
- Execute pre-boarding tasks, including verifying the availability of required food and beverage items and inflight amenities.
- Professionally board customers, offering a warm welcome, directing them to their assigned seats, assisting with the stowage of carry-on luggage, and serving welcome drinks as required.
- Provide attentive meal and beverage service, encompassing drink preparation, food heating and plating, efficient food distribution, and post-service collection.
- Maintain immaculate aircraft cabins and lavatories, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked throughout flights.
- Deliver clear announcements and promptly address customer queries during flight.
- Prioritize passenger comfort by distributing designated amenities as per established guidelines or upon request.
- Respond attentively to customer requests and strive to fulfill them to the best of their ability.
- Oversee and maintain order during the disembarkation of passengers after landing.
Administrative:
- Attend and actively participate in pre-flight briefings to remain informed of flight handling requirements, including any special passenger considerations.
- Diligently prepare comprehensive reports on flight incidents, encompassing safety and security occurrences.

Work Experience
Prior experience as Cabin Crew with a scheduled airline is highly desirable.
Qualification
Minimum educational qualification of 10+2, with a minimum score of 60% in class 12th.
Eligibility
- Indian Nationals holding a valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Minimum height requirement: 155 cm for females and 170 cm for males
- No visible tattoos or marks on any part of the body
- BMI range for females: 18 to 22; for males: 18 to 25
Eligibility for Freshers (at the time of application):
- Minimum age: 18 years; Maximum age: 27 years
Eligibility for Experienced Cabin Crew (at the time of application):
- Minimum experience of 2 years as cabin crew with a domestic or international scheduled airline
- Maximum age: 30 years
