Air Spray hires a range of experienced personnel in both Canada and the United States including:

WHEN SHOULD I APPLY?
Pilots are hired in the spring. Interested pilots should submit their resumes beginning in January for each fire season. Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and other staff are hired throughout the year.

- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License with an IFR endorsement - current Group 1 instrument rating
- Minimum 500 hours Pilot-in-command IFR
- Pilot-in-command - minimum 1,500 hours
- Where applicable, Pilot-in-command - minimum 500 hours multi-engine
- Demonstrated experience in mountain flying
- Where applicable, valid Seaplane rating
- Where applicable, Pilot-in-command – minimum 500 hours float flying
