As the national airline of the Republic of Serbia and one of Europe's most established carriers, tracing its history back to 1927, the airline operates an extensive network of over 80 regular, seasonal, and charter routes. Serving destinations across Europe, the Mediterranean, North America, Asia, and Africa in both passenger and cargo operations, the current fleet comprises twenty-nine aircraft.

Minimum Requirements:
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Multi-Engine Piston (MEP) and Instrument Rating (IR/ME) endorsements.
- Credit for Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) theoretical knowledge examinations.
- Multi-Crew Co-operation (MCC) certificate.
- Minimum 100 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight time.
- Valid pilot crew license issued by the Civil Aviation Directorate (CAD) of the Republic of Serbia or a CAD validated license.
- Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) certificate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Medical Certificate Class 1.
- English language proficiency minimum level 4 (ICAO).
- Certificate confirming no history of incidents/accidents.
- Certificate confirming no criminal proceedings.
- Certificate of no conviction from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Required Documents for Interview:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a passport-sized photograph.
- Copy of high school diploma.
- Copy of valid pilot crew license; if the license is not issued by the CAD of the Republic of Serbia, a CAD validated license is required.
- Copy of valid Medical Certificate.
- Copies of the last two pages of the flight book, clearly showing total flight hours by category.
