Role Overview

The airline is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join its flight crew as an Experienced First Officer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of flights across the airline's diverse network, upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Minimum Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Multi-Engine Piston (MEP) and Instrument Rating (IR/ME).
  • Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) theoretical knowledge credit.
  • Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate.
  • Minimum of 100 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
  • Valid flight crew license issued by the Civil Aviation Directorate (CAD) of the Republic of Serbia, or an equivalent license validated by CAD of RS.
  • Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) certificate.
  • A completed high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Certificate demonstrating no history of incidents or accidents.
  • Certificate confirming no ongoing criminal proceedings.
  • A clean criminal record certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Candidates selected for an interview will be required to present the following documents:

  • Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) including a passport-sized photograph.
  • Copy of high school diploma.
  • Copy of valid pilot crew license. If the license is not issued by the CAD of the Republic of Serbia, a CAD of RS validated license is required.
  • Copy of valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Copies of the last two pages of the pilot's logbook, detailing total flight hours by category.
