Candidate Profile and Minimum Requirements:
Prospective candidates are expected to demonstrate exceptional professionalism and meet the following stringent minimum criteria:
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Experience: A minimum of 100 hours of verifiable Pilot-in-Command flight time.
- Licensing and Qualifications:
- Hold a valid flight crew license issued by the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia (CADRS).
- Possess a Frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or an unrestricted ATPL.
- Current Instrument Rating (IR).
- Completion of Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training.
- Valid Multi-Engine (ME) rating.
- Successful completion of Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
- Medical Certification: A current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) at Level 4 or above.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not a prerequisite for application; comprehensive type rating training will be provided by Air Serbia to successful candidates.
- Educational Background: A high school diploma is a mandatory requirement.
- Integrity and Background:
- Applicants must furnish a certificate confirming a clean record free from incidents or accidents.
- A certificate indicating no ongoing criminal proceedings is essential.
- A conviction certificate, issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, confirming an unblemished criminal record, must be provided.
