Senior Captain (Pilot in Command) - Embraer E195 Fleet

The Role

The organization seeks highly qualified and experienced aviation professionals dedicated to operational excellence, accountability, and integrity, ready to join its expanding flight crew as a Captain on the Embraer E195 aircraft.

Mandatory General Requirements for E195 Captain

Candidates applying for this pivotal role must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:

  • Holds a valid ATPL(A) license with a current Embraer E195 Type Rating.
  • Possession of a valid EASA FCL license, Serbian CAD license, or a validated license acceptable to the Serbian Civil Aviation Directorate (CAD).
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 minimum.
  • Total Flight Experience: Minimum 3,500 flight hours.
  • Minimum 2,500 flight hours obtained in multi-crew operations.
  • Minimum 1,500 flight hours accumulated on the E-190/195 aircraft type.
  • Minimum 500 flight hours serving as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the E-190/195 family.
  • Must have conducted the last flight on the E-190/195 within the preceding 12 months.

Qualified applicants will be invited to an interview stage. The following required documentation must be prepared and submitted at the time of the interview:

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) including a current passport-sized photograph.
  • Copy of a valid passport.
  • Copy of a valid pilot license.
  • Copy of the valid Medical Certificate.
  • The last two pages of the logbook, clearly indicating total flight time per category.
  • Certificate confirming the applicant is not subject to a criminal investigation and possesses no criminal record.
  • Official report (copy) from competent civil aviation authorities or a previous operator confirming no history of accidents or serious incidents.
  • "Letter of Recommendation" from the most recent employer, including relevant contact information.
  • Should the pilot license not be issued by the Serbian CAD, a certificate confirming the validity of the pilot license from the competent aviation authorities is required.
