- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 5000 hours of total flight time in Commercial Air Transport operations, with aircraft having a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 20 tonnes.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: A minimum of 1500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) within Commercial Air Transport operations.
- PIC in Type Experience: A minimum of 1000 hours as PIC on the specific aircraft type.
- In-Type Experience: A minimum of 2000 hours of total flight experience on the relevant aircraft type.
- Type Rating: A valid and current type rating for the aircraft operated by Air Serbia is mandatory.
- Recent Flight Operations: The applicant must have completed their last flight on an ATR-500 or ATR-600 series aircraft within the preceding 12 months.
- License Requirement: A valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is essential.
- License Holder Affiliation: Preference will be given to holders of EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) licenses.
- Medical Certificate: A current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
- English Language Proficiency: An ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 or higher is necessary.
- Professional Conduct: Applicants must possess a valid passport, an unblemished accident and incident record, and maintain a clean criminal record.
