A320 Captain - Air Serbia
As the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, Air Serbia maintains a distinguished aviation history dating back to 1927. The airline operates an extensive network spanning over 80 regular, seasonal, and charter destinations across Europe, the Mediterranean, North America, Asia, and Africa, encompassing both passenger and cargo services. Air Serbia currently operates a fleet of twenty-eight aircraft.
General Requirements

ATPL(A) with a valid A320 Type Rating.

Minimum 5000 hours total flight time on commercial air transport aircraft with a MTOW exceeding 25 tonnes.

Minimum 1500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in commercial air transport.

Minimum 2000 hours flight experience on the A320 family.

Minimum 1000 hours as PIC on the A320 family.

Completion of a flight on an A320 within the preceding 12 months.

Valid EASA FCL, Serbian CAD license, or a validated license acceptable to the Serbian CAD (including frozen licenses).

Valid Class I medical certificate.

English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
Required Documentation for Interview
Candidates must be prepared to submit the following documentation during the interview process:

Curriculum Vitae (CV) including a passport-sized photograph.

Copy of a valid passport.

Copy of a valid flying license.

For licenses not issued by the Serbian CAD, a certificate of validity issued by the relevant authority.

Copy of an accident/incident-free report issued by responsible civil aviation authorities or a previous operator.

Copy of a valid medical certificate.

Copies of the final two pages of the logbook documenting total flight time per category.

Official certificate confirming no criminal record or ongoing criminal investigations.

Letter of recommendation from the most recent employer, including relevant contact information.
