Minimum Candidate Requirements
The successful applicant must meet the following mandatory general and flying experience requirements:
Licensing and Medical
Possession of a valid ATPL(A) with a current A320 Type Rating.
Valid EASA FCL, Serbian Civil Aviation Directorate (CAD), or a validated license acceptable to Serbian CAD (frozen licenses included).
Valid Class I Medical Certificate.
English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
Flying Experience
A minimum of 5000 hours Total Flight Time accumulated in Commercial Air Transport operations on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) above 25 tons.
A minimum of 1500 hours logged as Pilot in Command (PIC) in Commercial Air Transport operations.
A minimum of 2000 hours of flight experience on the A320 Family aircraft.
A minimum of 1000 hours logged as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320 Family aircraft.
The candidate’s last flight on an A320 aircraft must have occurred within the preceding 12 months.
Required Documentation for Interview
Candidates selected for an interview must submit copies of the following documentation:
Curriculum Vitae (CV) including a passport-sized photograph.
Valid passport.
Valid flying license.
Medical certificate.
The last two pages of the pilot logbook, clearly showing total flight time per category.
Certificate confirming that the person is not the subject of a criminal investigation and possesses no criminal record.
A detailed report issued from responsible civil aviation authorities or a previous operator confirming no history of accidents or incidents.
A “Letter of Recommendation” from the last employer, including relevant contact information.
Note: If the flying license was not issued by Serbian CAD, a certificate of license validity provided by the issuing Authority is mandatory.
