Job Description and Qualifications

The Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases, is looking for a Corporate Pilot to join our impressive Aviation team!

Description
As a Corporate Pilot within Air Products, the principal accountabilities of this position include:

  • Perform the duties as Pilot for company aircraft
  • Carry out duties in providing safe, efficient air transportation
  • Participates in the Air Transport Department’s Safety Management System
  • Perform those duties contained in the Flight Operations Manual
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Chief Pilot
  • Comply with the specific responsibilities designated by the company
  • Serve as a mentor and positive role model for all team members by demonstrating adherence to policy and industry’s best practices
  • Availability during holidays, weekends, and “on-call” status are routine
  • Reside within 2 hours driving time of the ABE Airport

Qualifications
Required

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with multi-engine rating and at least one type rating
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Captain flying business aircraft
  • Hold a Valid Passport
  • Hold an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • No aircraft accidents or incidents or full explanation of circumstances
  • No past or pending FAA violations
  • Able to present for inspection all logbooks, licenses, and medical certificate
  • Position requires extensive domestic and international travel
  • Applicant must be able to lift 70 lbs.

Preferred

  • Gulfstream 650 or Falcon 7X experience
  • International large cabin business jet experience
  • Pilot-in-Command experience in a multi-engine jet aircraft with a minimum of:
    • 5,000 hours total flying time
    • 3,000 hours turbojet aircraft time
    • 2,000 hours Pilot-in-Command time
  • Bachelor’s degree​​​​​​​
