Position Location: Air National Guard (ANG) Aviation Wing, Operations Group, CA 144 FW.
Job Summary: The primary purpose of this T32 Excepted Service position is to pilot unit-equipped (UE) aircraft and perform administrative tasks in support of the Air Operations program. This is an open-until-filled announcement; applications are reviewed every 30 days.
The selected candidate will perform piloting duties and administrative support functions. Employment may be permanent, indefinite, or temporary. Indefinite and temporary appointments may be subject to non-competitive conversion or extension based on funding availability and regulatory compliance.
General Experience: Candidates must possess a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification from an accredited civilian program or an aviation certification from an accredited military aviation school. Candidates must also possess one year of on-the-job experience in the grade or comparable military rank immediately below the next higher level.
Specialized Experience (GS-13): Candidates must demonstrate at least 36 months of specialized competence in:

Applicants must provide copies of FAA or military aviation certifications and/or transcripts at the time of application. Only institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education are accepted. Foreign education must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency by a recognized organization.
