Minimum Candidate Requirements

Core Licensing and Medical Requirements (EASA Holders)

• License Jurisdiction: Must hold an EASA Pilot License.
• Required Certifications: Frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC), Multi-Engine Rating (ME), and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
• Medical Certification: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Operational and Language Proficiency

• English Proficiency: ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 is the minimum requirement.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Montenegrin is required for operational duties.

Educational and Background Checks

• Education: A minimum of secondary education is required.
• Criminal Record: Applicants must possess a clean criminal record.

Specific Age and Experience Provisions

Candidates exceeding 35 years of age must meet heightened experience requirements to qualify for the position. These applicants must demonstrate proven experience in commercial air traffic, specifically on multi-crew aircraft, and must hold a valid, unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) indicating successful completion of the practical examination.
