Air India | B737 First Officer

Role Overview

This position is for a First Officer or Senior First Officer with a valid B737 Type Rating. Candidates will be responsible for assisting the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of B737 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as a co-pilot on B737 aircraft.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and aviation regulations.
• Contribute to safe flight operations and passenger service.

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced Type Rated Second-in-Command (First Officer (CPL) / Senior First Officer (ATPL))
• Valid B737 Co-Pilot Endorsement.
• Minimum of 100 hours of commercial airline experience post line release on the B737.
• Maximum age limit of 40 years.
• Maximum age limit of 45 years for Defence Pilots holding a B737 Rating and ATPL.
• Indian Nationals or Overseas Citizens of India.
• Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a current/valid Instrument Rating (IR) and Pilot’s Proficiency Check, FRTOL, COP/RTR.
• Valid Medical Fitness Assessment Certificate (Class I).
• ICAO Aviation English Language Proficiency Level Four or above endorsed on Indian ATPL.
• Certificate of incident/accident-free record.
• Breath analyzer report and details of any enforcement action taken by the DGCA in the preceding three (03) years.
• Mandatory eGCA-id with all licenses and documents validated.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.

Selection Process

The selection process will include the following stages:

• Psychometric Assessment
• Personal Interview
• Simulator Flight Proficiency Test
• Pre-Employment Medical Examination
