Job Summary
Air India Group is inviting applications for experienced B737 Type Rated Captains (PIC) and Non-Type Rated Captains (PIC) to join Air India Express.
Candidate Requirements
Experienced Type Rated Captains (PIC)
- Valid B737 PIC Endorsement.
- Minimum 100 PIC hours on B737 Family Aircraft.
- Maximum age limit of 62 years.
Non-Type Rated Captains (PIC)
- Captain with a minimum of 500 hours on Commercial Jets.
- OR Captain with a total flying experience of 3000 hours, 1000 hours of airline experience on Turboprop, and a minimum of 500 hours as PIC with a Scheduled Operator.
- OR Captain with a total flying experience of 3000 hours, 1000 hours of airline experience on Turboprop, and a minimum of 1500 hours as PIC on a Non-scheduled Operator with an All-Up Weight (AUW) exceeding 15 tons.
- OR Captain with a minimum of 500 hours on Military Jets weighing over 70 Tons (e.g., IL-76, C-17, B777, P8).
- Maximum age limit of 60 years.
General Requirements
- Indian Nationals.
- Valid ATPL with current/valid IR & Pilot’s Proficiency Check, FRTOL, COP/RTR.
- Valid Medical Fitness Assessment Certificate (Class I).
- ICAO Aviation English Language Proficiency Level Four or above endorsed on Indian ATPL.
- Certificate of incident/accident-free record, breath analyzer, and details of enforcement action, if any, taken against the license holder in the preceding three (03) years by DGCA.
- Mandatory eGCA-id with all licenses and documents validated.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
